1).Innovation Management: Innovation management is the form of looking to the future, being creative, imaginative. It is used in product growth and also in organizational innovation. It also includes tools that allow senior managers and engineers to communicate with a basic understanding of goals and their processes. Its main objective is to enable the organization to respond quickly within an organization, using its efforts to implement new ideas or its products. It also involves people contributing to the development of manufacturing companies and also their marketing. Through development, an innovation process can also be implemented. There are two types of processes involved in innovation management: one is pull and the other is push. The push process is one in which the organization uses its technology to discover profitable applications. The pulled process is one in which the main focus is on developing efforts to find solutions. There are two phases in innovation management. The first phase includes the design of the innovation and the second phase includes the implementation. Internal benchmarking can be established to measure innovation. Managers need to focus their attention on innovation because it is necessary to infer something from the information received about complexity. There are eight phases in the innovation management process.
