Coordination can be defined as the management of interdependence between tasks and activities. Coordination is necessary anytime and anywhere a group of people cooperate to achieve fundamental goals. It is the essential glue of an organization. The development of the number and multiplicity of exercises is the central point that requires coordination. The need for coordination arises when operations become diverse, reinforced and complex. In a growing organization, a significant number of people are used. These individuals may work at cross purposes if their deliberations and exercises are not facilitated appropriately. An increasing scale of operations may further increase land separation around organization members. Some power levels pose a correspondence problem. Special contact is not conceivable and formal routines of coordination become vital. The operations are diverse and there is an excess of radiant force. The main difference between relational and bureaucratic organizational forms of coordination lies in the way in which coordination is carried out. In a relational form, coordination is achieved through horizontal relationship networks in which people at different organizational levels are interconnected, including managers and front-line workers. In the bureaucratic form, coordination is achieved through vertical networks of relationships. It preserves specialization and focus on each area of the organization and prevents any sort of organized challenge from a potentially hostile workforce. In order to achieve the highest form of coordination, it must work through relationships of shared goals, shared knowledge, and mutual relationships. respect.
