In a growing organization, a significant number of people are used. These individuals may work at cross purposes if their deliberations and exercises are not facilitated appropriately. In the bureaucratic form, coordination is achieved through vertical networks of relationships. It preserves specialization and focus on each area of ​​the organization and prevents any sort of organized challenge from a potentially hostile workforce.
