Academic and professional research has given us the ability to learn, understand, and constantly continue to seek more knowledge on a specific topic in detail. Currently, we, as members of the society, are facing several social problems that are criminal in nature and hamper our safeguarding and peaceful well-being. In this research, I would like to focus on juvenile offenders, whether violent or not, and whether rehabilitation efforts are worthwhile to provide them with another opportunity to turn their lives around. One of the most important issues in question is the rehabilitation of young offenders. violent juvenile delinquents? If it exists, is it effective? What types of rehabilitation programs are available to juveniles based on gender, crime type, age and other individual background information? What alternative sanctions or diversion programs can be offered to violent juvenile offenders? What types of models, such as the rehabilitation, treatment, or medical model, would be appropriate for a violent offender? How are success and effectiveness measured? What guarantees do rehabilitation efforts offer regarding public protection? Does public opinion support an alternative solution? punishment or rehab for young violent offenders? Until now, we have learned about crimes committed by violent young offenders either through social media, literature, television news, films, personal circumstances or other sources. One of the immediate factors that will be looked at will be the age of the criminal. This factor will be of great importance in determining what type of legal proceedings, how the case will be handled and what type of sentence will be imposed. This may be due to poor record keeping, failure to report, or other factors. In the means of measurement to obtain data, I believe that Gottfredson & Soule's technique can ensure more accurate and timely data based on the respondents' words.
