I will focus on the basic explanation of scuba diving and its basic objects. Scuba diving is an activity that, unlike swimming and snorkeling, involves the complete immersion of the human body in a liquid environment. We will now focus on the seven main instruments you need to dive. The first item is the breathing apparatus, which allows the diver to breathe underwater, increase depth and stay underwater. The second item is the buoyancy stabilizer vest also known as buoyancy control devices, BCDs. The BCD is typically a back-mounted or sleeveless jacket-type device that includes an inflatable bladder used to adjust the diver's buoyancy and provide positive buoyancy at the surface. The third item is the dive weighting system. This is another object that contributes to the diver's buoyancy by neutralizing the buoyancy of the wetsuit and allowing the diver to descend. The fourth object is the suit to minimize the dispersion of heat from the body immersed in water. There are different types designed for different needs. The fifth item is swimming fins, to help you move quickly, have efficient propulsion, or if you find yourself in the middle of a strong current or a big wave. The sixth item is the dive computer. Its use has become widespread because it accurately detects data such as depth, time and your ascent speed. The seventh and final item is the mask which only covers the eyes and nose. In fact, as we have already said, the diver breathes using the breathing apparatus. Let's pause for a moment to summarize what we've found so far. We have seen a simple explanation of what scuba diving is and the main instruments you need to practice it. Now that you know the basics of scuba diving, let me explain why it is a discipline. I will focus on the main reason. The diver's head. Scuba diving is not a sport, it is a discipline. Personal sports performance plays an important role in becoming a good diver. The head is infinitely more important. Being underwater develops self-control and inner peace. Good divers are generally laid-back, relaxed people who rarely lose their composure or control. So, if you like to challenge yourself more than to challenge others... then diving is for you. My goal today is to introduce you to the activities ?!
