Russian authorities have stepped up security by requiring fans to show their tickets, passports and photos. These agents are clearly taking no security risks, and these measures will eliminate any terrorists who attempt to infiltrate. Many have expressed concern about the proximity of terrorists to Sochi. However, it does not matter how far or close the terrorists are to Sochi, as these procedures will prevent them from obtaining passes to the events.
