Being rich is not the same as being famous; they each have a different meaning in many ways. Society considers a person who has money as a rich person and a widely known person as a famous person. Some people confuse the two terms because nowadays most people become famous because they are rich, but that shouldn't be the case. Being rich refers to a person who has a lot of money, but being famous refers to a well-known person. Being rich does not necessarily mean the person is famous; many rich people don't like to go public and become famous because being rich sometimes comes with some disadvantages. The life of a rich person does not always seem as easy as we think; the rich are also struggling. People would rather be rich than poor, of course, but that doesn't guarantee they'll have a perfect life. There are some disadvantages to being rich: becoming materialistic, being threatened by kidnappers for money, being asked for money all the time, accounting problems, paying a lot of taxes and many more. One of the disadvantages that many rich people suffer from is that they become so materialistic and selfish that they forget about the less unhappy people, including their own families and friends. Many rich people are not in contact with their families because of these problems, which is a very bad consequence of becoming rich. Losing your own family members and loved ones for money is a real shame. They prefer to choose to have a normal lifestyle, but to be in contact with their loved ones and to live a less stressful life where they do not have to put the interest of the media and the public before their own. As stated earlier, there are many differences in the definition of a rich person and a famous person. The main difference would be that to be rich is to have a lot of money, and to be famous is to be well known to the public. Being famous comes with many pros and cons, resulting in a stressful lifestyle. Being rich also has many advantages that make life much easier and more enjoyable in many ways, but also has many disadvantages in many cases..
