The role of a manager and that of a president are very similar, except that as president you have more responsibilities and greater consequences if anything something is wrong. The job of president is not as simple as you might think. With all that Abraham Lincoln faced and all the struggles that the United States was going through during his presidency, one would think that he did a pretty good job. He was one of the greatest leaders of this nation and will be remembered forever by the future people of this nation. He will forever be in the history books, as he should be. When Lincoln took office, he had a vision. He has done an outstanding job developing strategies to produce change for his new vision. He did this while trying to avoid controversy; It’s something a good manager does. He communicated well with people and tried to get them to buy into his visions for the country. He had a lot of ambition and did the right thing. Everything this man did was what he thought was best for the country. He has always done everything with the best intentions for the United States. It takes someone like Abraham Lincoln in power today to get this country out of all the trouble it's in, before it gets too far gone and gets divided. Abraham and some of our other past presidents worked too hard to divide the nation. Let's just hope that never happens. It is far better for us all to be together, as one verse, opposing one another in hatred. That's not what Abe would have done
