    “Lawyers interpret the law through actions and words for the protection of an individual, business, or idea” (What is a lawyer). Basically, attorneys are advocates for clients who are being taken to court or fighting charges. They represent and support their clients to find a solution that can benefit them. To fulfill their responsibilities, understanding the criminal code and research play a major role. Additionally, maintaining good relationships with your customers is a top priority. More importantly, it encapsulates the attorney-client relationship. “Your job as a lawyer is to use your skills and understanding of the law to support their cases” (What is a Lawyer). A lawyer must do a lot of research to be able to support his claims and defend his client. Lawyers don't know everything, which is where travel and research comes in.
