    The daily routine of a 9-5 job sitting behind a computer screen is just not where I want to be at this point in my life. The “big picture” of eventually becoming a pediatric nurse certainly does not push me to keep this position. Make no mistake, the company I work for is a more than excellent company. The company is a hospice care company that strives for excellence. The response from the patients and families the company helps is enough to keep everyone working, but there are still many moments that made me want to quit my job. These moments become more frequent as the days go by. The traveling here and there, the preparation for meetings, the constant daily pressure from everywhere, the enormous underappreciation from the highest levels and the daily feeling of not fitting in are enough to make anyone want to quit . I'm definitely not someone who likes to travel but the company covers a 50 mile radius from the office so traveling is part of the job.
