I have had the opportunity to observe and work with surgeons, pain specialists, and allied health professionals in outpatient clinics and theater. I also gained valuable experience working in a hospital setting as part of my postgraduate training in pediatrics. I asked if it would be possible to attend internal staff tutorials and patient update meetings, which are a fascinating insight into how NHS medical teams manage patients, support each other and train younger staff members. After a while I was invited to contribute. I would be very interested in sharing these experiences and knowledge, and if the opportunity arises, I would explore this topic.
