According to Writing is and Isn't, it is said that students believe that the purpose of writing in the classroom is simply to pass a test (Anderson, 12). This particular statement gives readers the understanding that students will present their greatest work, but present excellent work that will earn them enough credit to succeed. Have my opinion on writing; I find it easier to write about what comes to mind, because writing about a particular topic doesn't spark interest on my part unless the topic is interesting. When it comes to teaching writing, I can honestly say that teaching writing would be something very interesting.
