In the area of ​​environmental awareness, the solution must be implemented both at the individual level and at the company level. Aldo Leopold states: “A conservationist is someone who is humbly aware that with each stroke he writes his signature on the surface of the land” (73). In the same way, we must realize that every action we take has an intended or unintended consequence on our planet. Every step towards the conservation effort adds a signature to the plea to save our earth. As a promising chemistry researcher, it is important to raise awareness of the state of our environment and recognize strategies that can be adopted as a member of a university, a citizen of the United States, and a future member of a business . world to ensure a better environment and maintain resources so that future generations can live on this earth. The first step in addressing sustainability issues is to examine why this issue has become so hot in our country. Over the past twenty years, scientists, politicians and environmentalists have all joined forces to raise awareness about the state of our environment. Oguejiofor, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria, says the problems they have identified in this research area through studies are global warming, ozone depletion, resource depletion and air pollution. In the field of air pollution, photochemical smog is reported to consist of ozone, aldehydes, peroxyacyl nitrates, and nitric acid.
