    Mandated reporting is a genre that is part of many careers. Mandated reporting is used by mandated reporters who are designated groups of professionals required to report suspected child abuse and neglect. A mandatory report must be written in a specific manner because the severity of the information goes a long way in preventing an abused or neglected child from being put in harm's way. This research analyzes the difference between different documentations regarding mandatory reporting and how the reports differ from others. The next step is to determine where and to whom the forms are transformed. I will be looking at a social worker's perspective because that is the field of study I am going into that could potentially help me when I begin my career in child and family services . Giving the mandated reporting information would educate me on all the factual information needed after receiving a warrant report and from the information gathered how do they determine whether or not it is a serious case or not. This research would uncover every aspect from start to finish of the entire process from submitting a report to discussing what to do after reviewing the information. The report is used in any profession to report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect, anytime, anywhere. There are career differences in how the report is written depending on who submits it. The very last step is to deeply analyze the actual shape and compare and contrast it with other shapes from different states. I also want to examine the differences between the forms, depending on the audience we are attending.
