    "Music is the electric ground in which the mind lives, thinks and invents." said Beethoven. Over time, people have deliberately used the powerful effects of music in their daily tasks. Music is believed to be the first art form to arise, and throughout the long history of humanity, it has proven to play an essential role in our lives. There is hardly anyone who has never listened to a song. In the 20th century, the Western scientific community studied music and the mind. Research has confirmed what we already know from personal experience: music profoundly affects and enhances our learning and our lives! I believe that iPods/MP3s should be allowed during lessons at appropriate times (when writing, doing class/home work, etc.) as it is beneficial for the majority of students to concentrate and stay on task. Music helps you focus and concentrate more.
