In order to get more donations, we have sold freezies, bags of candy and brownies during breaks as a club, and every step of the way involves teamwork. I am a student in the International Baccalaureate program at Port Moody High School, and last year all IB students had to come up with an interdisciplinary project based on the theme of community. As we were randomly assigned to groups, the four members of my group didn't know each other, so we all felt very uncomfortable at first. Even though we had the entire school year to work on this project, we were never able to come together as a full group for every meeting, due to the lack of communication we had about our different schedules.
