Every leader had to start somewhere; they all had to have a reason to become a great leader. They have developed strong qualities to overcome their difficulties and challenges. Great leaders like Harriet Tubman and Emily Murphy, who had the courage to take action in the world and had great confidence to achieve their goals. They are among the people who, over the centuries, have made a difference. Who fought for their rights and overcame difficult obstacles in their lives to achieve their goals; taking leadership and making a difference in the world while overcoming challenges that others could not. LEADERS So, what is a leader? What does it take to become a great leader? Everyone has their own idea of what a leader is, how they look, how they behave, or perhaps what they achieve. They are the leaders who changed the world and showed people how true leaders are recognized. They may have made mistakes in life, but they each take leadership and are each unique, having their own personality and individual quality that makes them a true leader. A leader can describe attributes such as courage: having courage and overcoming fears, confidence: believing in yourself, and action: being able to perform incredible actions for the benefit of family, friends and others . “Every time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage and confidence in action. » Many call courage bravery, loyalty and the ability to be fearless. Many leaders have developed this attribute and it is one of the many things that helps great leaders overcome their fears.
