Baby Boomers and the Management Style of Generation YI chose the topic titled Demonstrated Generational Characteristics of Baby Boomers and the Management Style of Generation Y, followed of a research survey. As an author, I will try to take a journey through their background, literature review and followed by a conclusion about baby boomers and millennials. The aim of the submitted paper is also to explore different management levels for both categories. Literature review on baby boomers and millennials: People born during World Demographic War II between 1946 and 1961, known as baby boomers because they contributed to the increase in the birth rate during of this period. According to statistics from Australian history, after the end of the Second World War in 1945, family life resumed after a gap of almost six years for servicemen returning from years of war conflict. Nine months passed, Australia saw and felt the feeling of the beginning of a population. As birth rates rise, more than four million Australians were born between 1946 and 1961. Looking at statistics from the United States alone, it produced 77 million babies during this period, including the largest generation of that era (Mitchell 1995). This era not only increased the demand for consumer goods, but also boosted the post-war economy, which was desperate for growth for more opportunities. A new market has emerged regarding different countries and backgrounds. People known as baby boomers born during this period, period of development. ,period of change. Baby boomers have access to new technologies. They were also experimenting with their clothing styles with the availability of jeans and t-shirts. They were also exposed to Rock n roll music. This is very important for a manager who wants to be successful while dealing with diverse situations and generation types or working with the generation gap while working with a diverse group of people to understand the requirements, problems and approach to their employees. Different work Cultural backgrounds play different roles in management, for example comparing people from China with Australians. in the work culture space will give us insight into their requirements and work characteristics. Overall, the study of millennials and baby boomers is very informative. This shows that millennials are more sensible than baby boomers. This research shows that different authors have different views on baby boomers and millennials. They have provided an excellent informative context to move forward in examining future studies. .
