Essay / Characteristics of a Successful Manager - 2434
IntroductionWhen we think of a manager, what type of personality comes to mind? Do we see a person like Steve Jobs, capable of determining the future prosperity of a large, for-profit company? Or do we see an administrator of a non-profit organization? (Bailey & Ford, 2006, 7-12) Behind every successful organization is the dedication of a great manager. In every large organization, there is a management hierarchy that ensures that all operations run smoothly without obstacles.
