  • Essay / India Reborn - 845

In India's huge and booming economy, there are many ways to go from being an untouchable to one of the richest people in the country. The key for India is to become a role model for the world through education and it also helps that it is the world's largest democracy. There are three different classes in India: the upper class, the middle class which is the largest in the world and the untouchables and they all try to help and make India a better place. The upper class in India does many different things to try to make India a better place. A man named Lalu Yadav was once a sheep farmer and now more people call him "boss" than anyone else in the world. He is now an inspector of Indian Railways, which allows people to move more freely and easily. He went from having little money to one of the richest and most famous people in the world. Another upper class person who is making India a better place is a doctor who was born in India but later moved to New York for education. Now that he has become a successful surgeon, he returned to India to work and help his country. As there are many very well trained doctors in India like this man, many people come from all over the world to India for surgeries. They do this because in India the surgery will not take as much time and will also be much cheaper. This benefits India immensely as it receives a billion dollars annually from medical tourism. Before, India had only a small middle class, but today it has more than three million people. The middle class is trying its best to make India an ideal home for all its people. The massage......middle of paper......one day. These people do the dirty work of the upper classes, making their lives easier. There are so many different people in India doing many different things to try to make India a better place and make it a model country for the world to follow. There are the upper class, like doctors, who earn a lot of money in India through medical tourism. The middle class who send doctors to small villages so they can perform surgeries and save lives. The lower class picks the cotton and does the hard work so that India can trade its cotton and get the products it needs. All of these people are striving to help their country become a better place to live and grow. It's only a matter of time before everyone looks to India to see what it is doing to become such a great country..
