    Human life and health rely on nutrition, physical activity and the existence of our planet. Without food or enough oxygen, humans cannot survive and die. As human lifestyle, technology and knowledge have evolved over the past decades, the causes of death have also evolved. Obesity, which leads to disease in addition to causing death, has grown in America due to poor dietary choices. Meat contains too much fat and unnatural nutrients, which is not healthy for us. The number one factor in the destruction of our most important source of oxygen; the rainforest is cattle grazing, our demand for more and more meat does not take into account our own well-being or that of the planet. These are the reasons why vegetarian diet should be chosen to bring a change towards a healthier and longer life; Vegetarianism is proven to be a healthy way to lose weight, it preserves the planet's ecosystems and is also a way to save money and resources.
