Introduction (150 words)Following the Holocaust, a clear connection can be made between Nazi racial ideologies and Hitler's foreign policy. First, Nazi ideologies were a fundamental facet of the Holocaust, as they included philosophies regarding the definition of Jewish and the resulting treatment of those diagnosed as Jewish. Second, Hitler's foreign policy was another important aspect of the Holocaust, as it was a fundamental element in constructing Hitler's ultimate goal. Third, foreign policy and racial ideologies prove inextricably linked during the invasion of Poland in 1939. Fourth, it is evident that these foreign policies and racial ideologies contributed to Germany's involvement in the Second World War. World War. Finally, it appears that not all historians agree on the connection between Nazi racial ideology and Hitler's foreign policy, and their theories will be examined. In this context, although not all historians agree, there is clear evidence that Nazi racial ideologies and foreign policy are intertwined. Anti-Semitism is by no means a new idea, as hatred towards Jews has existed for centuries; including the 12th century Crusades. The Nazi Party, however, brought a new element to anti-Semitism, with the idea that people are Jewish by race and not by religion. This concept of hereditary "Jewishness" became evident in Hitler's conversation with Himmler when he said: "The discovery of the Jewish virus is one of the greatest revolutions that has taken place in the world."
