    I didn't even realize what some of my triggers were until Mersino shoved them right in front of my face. This caused me to look back on certain situations and realize that there are certain triggers for my emotional distress. A lot of the emotional breakdowns I've had were because I misunderstood where another person was coming from. Some of the emotional triggers mentioned that resonated with me were: the moods and attitudes of others, pre-thinking, instinct, and perceived criticism. I have to admit that these lists of things are what trigger me and I think if a lot of people saw the list they would probably notice a lot of their triggers too. The chapter goes into more detail about each trigger and why they might occur. A light bulb went off in my mind and I thought of almost every situation that could have been caused by each situation. A lot of times, if someone has a bad attitude, it's like a domino effect. One person's mood can change everyone else's mood. If everyone is working poorly and the quality of the project will probably not be up to par. Pre-thoughts can also be horrible, there are times when my negative thing is the reason a certain situation turns out bad. I wouldn't want to be a project manager and also have a pessimistic attitude
