Essay / Aristotle on Love – From My Perspective - 743
How should we view love? Is it simply a vice to be intimately involved with another person? Is it separated into higher and lower types? Phèdre, you did a good job conveying the strong emotion of love. Love is not a weak or weak thing. There are aspects of love that carry a lot of depth and are not for the weary of hearts. Pausanias, you explained well the sexual desires resulting from love. Love is complex, but not in a heavenly, common way, but all love is common. Love is a virtue. Love is good and pleasant. It is a single soul inhabiting two bodies. He doesn't judge. It should not be purely based on benefit, but the best form of love should be a mutual feeling. There are many types of love. There is love affection, romance, friendship and unconditional love. The great thing about love is that it strives for a common goal. People love and want to be loved. It brings immense joy to those who can accept it fully. Considering the idea that there are four types of love, some of these loves must be inferior and others must be superior. Love affection is the emotional explosion between two beings which is not eternal. Affection can be compared to lust. Lust is a type of passion that can overwhelm an individual very quickly, but as quickly as it arises, it can disappear. Desire in less provocative terms is like having a crush on someone. Unless this type of love is reciprocated, it will never grow. There is only one way for this love. This will diminish over time because people love and expect to be loved in return. Without it, they will have no reason to continue to feel affection for this person and their feelings will disappear. Romance and affection go hand in hand, but romance... middle of paper ... we might falter or fail. Even if there was rhyme or reason against the loved one, the lover would not abandon them. It is the strongest form of love. It is not based on utility or pleasure, but on pure and unadulterated love. There are many types of love and everything except unconditional love has its limits. Time and value play a huge role in these loves. They all contain an aspect of affection, but they are examples of what happens if affection grows. Romance is what happens when affection is reciprocated with sexual intent. Friendship is the product of mutual affection with the aim of bringing happiness to the relationship. Unconditional love includes affection, but it is mainly love that cannot be unshakable. People can lose their love, they can lose their lust, they can end their friendships, but unconditional love is the biggest of these problems..
