I had my first internship experience at Demokrasi Secondary School. During this internship, I had the opportunity to observe the teacher called Ms. Sayılı and her students. Although I encountered some difficulties, it was a good teaching experience. First, I thought teaching was an easy job. Then I realized that wasn't the case. So this helped me learn how to manage the classroom successfully and deal with student misbehavior easily. I learned a lot of things during this internship. I acquired some teaching techniques to teach and overcome bad student behavior. It is difficult to control myself in class if I was the teacher, to be honest I would use punishments towards the students, but when I observed the class I learned to be calm while the students misbehave and overcome this problem. Teaching is not an easy job because you have to organize your time according to your subject but it is impossible because students always behave badly towards their teacher. I feel like I have learned some strategies to be calm in the face of students' bad behavior towards them and I have learned how to make students more active in class. And as a teacher, we should organize our time according to our topic and solve the problems as early as possible so that we do not waste time in solving the behavior problems. I try to engage with the topics and guess the students' level and how to succeed. my level of English depending on the level of the students.
