On the contrary, some people support gun rights but oppose gun control measures. The main reason is that gun control will not only reduce the cases of murders and crimes, but also stimulate these cases and make them frequent (McGinty, et al. 2013). It is difficult to determine the validity of this argument because the extent of murder and crime and their effects on gun control are difficult to calculate. Information relating to gun control and the consequences of this control is in most cases biased. They are only accessible to certain people who search for them.
