    Worker immigrants are unskilled immigrants who are willing to take low-wage jobs that native-born people will not be able to do. For example, the influx of Mexican immigrants into the United States to fill low-paying jobs often prompts arguments that these immigrants are eliminating jobs such as cleaning and construction, even though these jobs are often ignored by Americans. Without immigrant workers, many of the services Americans enjoy will be lost.
