    Good physical health in children and young people is important for their overall well-being and is an important factor for later stages of life, as it establishes boundaries and constitutes the elements of basis for their future health, also very important for their development. Physical health is strongly influenced by other aspects of well-being, such as social, mental and emotional well-being. Thus, to ensure good physical health, one must also maintain a good state of well-being in all aspects. Physical health can easily be influenced by many factors, such as growing up, going through puberty, behavioral changes, and feeling influenced. As a child, physical health is important because it is the time to develop healthy habits and build healthy bones and muscles. But as one grows up, their behavior shifts from the actions of their parents to pressure from those around them, such as peer pressure. Video games become interesting, technology becomes a part of their lives, and time spent playing outside becomes a distant memory. In addition to their behavioral changes, the onset and presence of puberty largely influences the actions taken, creating a new set of health risks and life-threatening activities now become exciting and injury risks, in especially among young men, are skyrocketing. to the presence of adolescence and peer pressure. And in adolescence, sexually acquired diseases increase as sexual interactions become fascinating.
