Essay / Question of different control objectives of different units
In modern conditions, a mind-boggling question is that of different control objectives of different units which are carried over a vast territory. There are various control functions that need to be physically worked during a crisis or during regular working hours, and controlling different control points in the meantime may not be humanly possible. Each control unit must be controlled and changed manually and each of them is vital. There can be human errors during their operation, causing real misfortunes in mechanical assembly, although in industry each misfortune increases exponentially. Moreover, few checks need to be checked regularly keeping in mind the end goal to be achieved after the changes made to the framework and their effects on the element. It's relatively inconceivable to filter every change passed to different places in the unit, and if a framework is required where you have to look at different units in the meantime, some continuous loosening gets your way. Observing different control frameworks leads to problems in the efficiency of a unit or even the entire company. Say no to plagiarism. Switchgears help in monitoring and controlling different remote units. These systems can be found locally or at separations from main units. In this way, observing and controlling them physically turns into a difficult task. Verification and control issues are not limited to industries alone. They are found in the machines and equipment we use in our laboratories for innovative work. To resolve these problems, there are two possible solutions. First, which is obviously a less demanding but not more brilliant solution, is the expansion of human labor. By developing human power, working in a unit can solve this problem to some extent. Almost no pants can be thrown away and various units can be controlled and observed. However, in the longer term, this arrangement will pose some problems. In industries, increasing human power implies an increasing burden on the economy, which implies less profit in the end. The second solution is to design a system capable of monitoring and controlling remote units simultaneously. We have five apparatus systems in our laboratory which are independently controlled and verified. So, in our case, if we develop centralized control for the switchgear systems, we can overcome the problem of managing and monitoring five units. Additionally, SCADA implementation of switching systems on LabVIEW has its own significance. LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) is software for designing systems using National Instruments visual programming. By running Switch Gear System SCADA on LabVIEW, we are essentially investigating another approach to working on high-powered machines in industry using LabVIEW's most exceptional programming. There are four basic objectives of this project: Design a circuit for automatic mode control of switchgear systems Control switchgear systems in PLC Monitoring and control of switchgear systems by HMI Monitoring and control of systems.
