The difficulties associated with ERP implementation have made ERP a major research when talking about ERP. What are the key factors that can lead to the success or failure of ERP implementation. By collecting all the necessary resources, we can further discuss the ERP and key factors in order to draw the final conclusion for the ERP. Ultimately, successes and failures are affected by several factors explained in this essay. INTRODUCTION The development of people nowadays has also had an impact on the development of the business world. People try to find the systems that can be used to help them manage their business, for example to reduce the costs of running the business. Since the 1950s, the computer system was used at lower cost. By now, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems had become important systems in the modern business world.
