1.0) INTRODUCTION In accordance with the Education Development Master Plan (PIPP), the Ministry of Education has established a specific system for school called 'Sistem Penilaian Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (SPBS)'. This system was created to overcome the existing education system which remained focused solely on exams. The aim of this plan is to produce an outstanding school with a full set of standards equivalent among all other top schools. The Ministry of Education began to transform the education system in 2010 in order to improve the quality of students' academic, extracurricular and personal development. Along with school-based assessment, assessment and authentic alternative like assessment of courses, projects, presentations, physical activity, curriculum, character, morals as well as personality progress students can be applied. Through this enhancement, not only mastery learning can be witnessed, but even human capital growth can also be supported.1.1) Background of the StudyThe aim of this research is to study teachers' satisfaction with the implementation of “Sistem Pengurusan Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah” in Sekolah Kebangsaan Chenderah, Jasin, Malacca. The implementation of this system aims to produce quality students and replace the old exam-based evaluation system. The research also aims to identify the level of mastery, the extent of the support offered, the difficulties as well as the differences in perceptions encountered by school administrators.
