After briefly analyzing the discourse on youth justice before and after 1997, we can easily conclude that the current youth justice system came after many improvements and changes made with positive and beneficial thoughts. The juvenile justice system experienced many problems after 1997, but at present it continues to formulate and improvise new legislations that force young people to stop involving them in criminal activities and adopt an attitude that offers them a better lifestyle. By comparison, the current youth justice system is much better than it was before 1997.
