Some important convergences in the values ​​and principles of administrative law have emerged. Few constraints have led to the emergence of these convergences. Many administrative principles have been included in many important human rights treaties. They are also included in the constitutional rights of the individual in many countries. This leads to the point where basic human rights become international.
