I would tell myself what risks I could run in my life if I continue on my destructive path. I would try to limit myself to eating out and if I do eat out I would try to order something healthy such as a salad. I would come up with a workout plan that starts with exercising five minutes a day, then increases five minutes each day until you reach sixty minutes a day. This plan would begin to condition my body to a set exercise program. As a nurse, I would make a three month appointment schedule with myself to see if the changes are going well or poorly and incorporate different techniques to continue or change this.
