    IntroductionAchieving high level of performance through productivity and efficiency has always played the first priority of every organizational objective and a workforce Highly satisfied work is very essential for an organization. Satisfied employees lead to putting more effort into improving their job performance and then working harder and better. Therefore, every organization tries to create a satisfied workforce to ensure the well-being of the organization. Employee satisfaction can be determined by whether employees are happy and satisfied with their jobs and their work environment. Happier employees tend to be more engaged in what they do within the organization, resulting in employees enjoying their role and working to achieve the organization's goals. Link Between Employee Job Satisfaction and Job Performance In general, job satisfaction is an attitude towards work. In other words, job satisfaction is an emotional response towards various characteristics of one's job. A person with a high level of job satisfaction maintains positive attitudes toward their job, while a person who is dissatisfied with their job has negative attitudes toward their job. Job satisfaction is the result of employees' perceptions of how their work provides them with the things they consider important. Job satisfaction is also defined as the reintegration of the affect produced by the individual's perception of the satisfaction of their needs in relation to their work and their environment. Job satisfaction can be influenced by an employee's ability to complete required tasks, the level of communication in an organization, and how management treats employees.
