Hotel Security Conference 2007 was held in Singapore with Singapore's Minister of State for Law and Home Affairs addressing the audience and emphasizing the need to improve building safety, especially hotels.Ho (2007) specifically mentioned in this forum the use and integration of CPTED considerations in future construction or redevelopment plans, and at the earliest possible in any building design plan. He further mentioned that this approach will make security and crime prevention activities much more effective in the long term. However, based on recent hotel-related incidents, simply using CPTED may not be enough since the goal of CPTED is to target and prevent theft and theft-related issues. With the ever-increasing number of terrorist attacks taking place around the world, terrorist threats must also be considered in the design of modern hotels to ensure sufficient protection and security for hotel guests. Suyder (nd) could have rightly pointed out that there is probably no one in the world who could accurately state the exact date and actions of the first ever terrorist attack. However, Lehrman (2006) pointed out that the terrorist attack on the United States in September 2001 is probably one of the worst in the history of terrorists, with such a huge number of casualties. This incident has surely created a lot of fear and awareness around the world and serves as a wake-up call to people, organizations and governments around the world about the urgent need for better security, not only against daily thefts and unauthorized intrusions, but also against terrorists. attacks that could take place anywhere, at any time, middle of paper...... would be afraid to travel, no matter for business or leisure purposes, not to mention the unnecessary loss of lives in the world. The public would continue to live in fear and this could bring the world to a standstill as the volume of travel would decrease significantly. If successful, Fini and Lakes (2003) suggested that such research studies could be used as references for further development. other security concept plans and design methods to better protect hotels or even other landscapes of the future. To adapt to the ever-changing security landscape and to maintain the ever-important protection of lives, information and property, as it is important that continuous improvement continues through new research and development. This study could be the significant starting point for other, even better security plans and protection concepts..
