    A bandhani sari with 'Hathi ne popat kor' and 'putli Jhar', a hunting motif with motifs of elephants and parrots and a dancing woman and a shrub. Curled leaves, rampant lions, birds and women are worked in contrast on the red background, with resistant patterns in white with touches of green. The border features a parrot and lotus as well as an elephant and lotus motif (Anand, 1991).
