Once shooters have mastered the technique through practice, they can then practice other skills. It is very important to keep our body balance before shooting. The exercise to improve this is: two-on-two exercise. The two shooters stand inside the circle and two defenders stand next to them. The distributor is outside the circle with the ball. The loader yells “GO” and passes to one of the shooters. Shooters must make three safe passes before shooting on goal. The defender must use the recovery step to gain legal distance, then raise his arms to pressure the shot. Technically, this drill will achieve the ability to see the player and the ball, balance before shooting and deal with pressure from defenders. This drill should be effective if players continue to do it with good technique.
