Through this study, teachers recognized the educational potential of student response systems in the classroom and recommended ways to implement the technology. This type of technology is evolving rapidly with the emergence of cell phones, iPods and tablets. With more students wearing personal electronic devices, student response system technology will become more affordable for public schools. Teachers will benefit from understanding the potential educational value of this technology and the appropriate ways to implement it in their classrooms to achieve the desired learning.
