The role of the public administrator in resolving various issues related to the democratization process is very important. To address this problem, public administration experts have helped policymakers in developing countries deal with complex administrative reform using a strategic planning approach. Public administration with this type of network will be able to address the problem using democratic management, in order to strengthen governance opportunities that rely heavily on shared values ​​as well as public administration actions.
