IntroductionA court is an institution that has the power or authority to judge, adjudicate, and then render a verdict, based on a claim or dispute. Courts are generally government agencies that do not exercise the same powers as courts. The UK court system is a unified system with delegated judicial power for the purposes of regulatory oversight and appeal. It is a national administrative justice structure for the courts of the United Kingdom. The courts, law enforcement law, and tribunals have created a two-tiered system. A first-tier court and a higher court, both divided into chambers. Each consists of similar jurisdictions or brings together similar types of experts to hear appeals. Generally, the higher level reviews and decides appeals from the first level courts. There are a wide variety of different courts, covering a large number of areas influencing our daily lives.
