    Women were discriminated against in the 1700s. Men believe that men believed that women were supposed to cook, clean, take care of men and teach their sons before he doesn't go to primary school. Women, mothers and wives wanted to be able to say no to men; women were basically just slaves, with no rights, no freedom, and no education. Most women were too afraid to do what they wanted and didn't know what to do. Women wanted to be treated as people and be able to own land and work. This sparked women's rights, the women's war, and women's right to vote. The girls had a very poor education. They were supposed to teach their son before he went to school. But since the women had no education, what were they supposed to teach their sons? Mainly they taught them how to cook properly and how to listen. In 1848, Senera Falls launched the women's rights movement. It took place in Worcester, Massachusetts. There were over a hundred participants; 32 men and 68 women.
