    Piracy has been around for over a century. It all started when a group of teenagers wanted to know how the phone worked rather than making proper connections and directing calls to the right place. Originally, piracy wasn't even considered a negative connotation that we associate the term with in today's world. The term “hack” is a shorthand that would modify and improve the performance of a computer's operating system in less time. (http://findarticles.com) It all started in 1971, when people started hacking everything from phones to bank accounts to computers. The ironic thing is that two men named Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs, who later founded a company called Apple Computers in 1977, were originally two members of the Homebrew Computer Club of California. They began making “blue boxes,” devices that generated different tones to help people hack the phone system. The true meaning of hacking is to expand the capabilities of any electronic device; to use them beyond the original intentions of the manufacturer.
