    Strategy and ImplementationThe University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is looking for ways to solve its top three challenges. These challenges are employee retention, financial constraints and the need for more space to accommodate their ever-growing customer base. In our statements below, we have outlined strategies that we believe will help address these challenges and make UT MD Anderson Cancer Center a stronger company. Employee Retention Employee retention is important to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Not only does employee turnover make a lot of money for the company, it also costs the company a lot of time. Tara Davis conducted a study to find out the top ten reasons employees leave their jobs. We have listed the reasons below and added some suggestions to overcome these issues. Employee Compensation Employee compensation is the number one reason why employees leave companies. Many employees feel like their salary doesn't compensate them fairly for the amount of work they do. The first action we recommend would be to research the pay rates of other competing organizations and adjust salaries to be competitive. Another option might be to offer incentives for a job well done. If an employee is too underpaid, it can affect their attitude and ability to be considerate. Supportive work environment A supportive work environment gives employees added value. In order to create a supportive work environment, the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center must follow these ten guidelines.1. Build trust2. Communicate positively and openly3.
