By doing these exercises, I learned that specific traits can lead to good leadership skills that can be used to become a successful leader. This taught me that a good leader is one who has a direct relationship with the people they lead. The assessment quizzes gave me a good overview of my leadership skills and the skills I need to improve to become an effective leader. Here's what I learned from taking the book review quizzes. While doing the chapter one assessment quizzes, I learned that I have great leadership skills, such as building a team by calling a staff meeting and encouraging the team to speak, spokesperson . for the team by dealing with senior management on their behalf, coach and motivator with the team by motivating them by implementing them by giving rewards when a job is completed. I also help them by serving as a mentor, to help them grow and develop. But along with these assessments, especially the 1-2 assessment quiz, it was indicated that I still needed more leadership experience to become an effective leader. Even though I haven't had most of the leadership experiences they listed. I believe I am a good leader because of the mentors I have had in my past. They showed me what to do and what to do in the leadership role. If you have had good leaders in the past and you follow their guidelines, I believe you can become a good leader without doing most of the things listed in the book. You also need to be a trustworthy person to become an effective leader. Quiz 2-2 shows the characteristics of a trustworthy person. I have personally learned that once you lose the trust of a leader, it is very difficult to regain that trust. People don't even want to talk to you because the middle of paper and creativity in your work environment can help create a more productive group of people. With organizational support, providing tools and support to get the job done, as well as the flexibility to get the job done, makes the job much easier to do. Overall, what I learned in this course will help me in my leadership career and ultimately advance my career. I am learning that a leader is someone who has a direct relationship with the people they lead. The leader is the one who also gives directives to the staff. They must have motivational and technological skills, which is also a good trait. The transformational leadership style is the basis of the leadership style on the quiz. I also learned that there are a few things I need to work on to improve my leadership style. With the information given in the book and what I learned in class will help me in the future.
