Sergeant Major (SGM) Lambert was interviewed; he served over thirty-one years of active duty in the United States Army. He also served as senior advisor to the 82nd Airborne Division, one of the most decorated military units in military history. In an interview (Lambert, 2014), he said: “If you don't take advantage of online courses, you will fall behind in your promotion and become a better soldier and a better person.” SGM Lambert preaches “if you want it, you have to go get it and online courses have made it possible to achieve this objective, particularly with the help of free tuition” (Lambert, 2014).
