  • Essay / My aspiration to obtain an excellent education in human resources

Passion is the driving force. In July 2016 I graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Portsmouth. Now I plan to finish my master's degree. Before studying Human Resources (HR), I always had a passion for being a recruiter. Today, I am a very successful recruiter in a well-known organization in Bahrain. During my studies at Portsmouth, we held workshops where we practiced the role of the recruiter, passionately excelling at mock interviews, assessment and selection. I enthusiastically plan to continue in this field as I love and look forward to helping people thrive in their profession and advance in their careers. My interest in developing creative and advanced ideas for my organization while growing in my field is what drives me to complete my master's degree.Say no to plagiarism. Currently, to avoid biased hiring, candidates undergo employment testing through external assessment providers. Seeing such achievements and knowing that I can improve makes me even more keen to join your course. Apart from the above achievements, I face many obstacles at work where I am asked to deal with each problem in a different way. This may be due to the complexity of HR compared to before. The role of HR has changed over the years, perhaps due to new regulations, a younger workforce and technological advancements. Therefore, this increases my need to complete my master's degree due to the scope of my role. My strengths include excellent communication, time management, innovation, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Since I started working, my soft skills have improved significantly. However, I believe that I can improve and further develop these intangible skills to be more competitive in the market at.
