The idea that everyone who makes a decision should be held to the concept that if you do it, everyone else should, makes for a strikingly judgmental argument on each person's character. Aside from personnel, Dyatlov was probably the most skilled engineer, meaning he should have had an idea of what his actions were capable of doing. If for at least a moment he stopped and thought about other factories doing the same thing under the same conditions, he probably would have had better judgment to stop the test until the resistor heaters were completed.
