So many questions come to mind when you walk the streets of a big city while a convention or meeting is taking place. You walk past a group of these strange people and you hear them talking and having fun. Some are dressed as dogs, others as cats, still others as otters or bears. Yet even though some only have ears or a tail, you can see how friendly these people are, hug and make friends and a part of you clicks. You rush home and open your laptop to learn more about these strange people. Many search engines make it seem like these people are sex addicts, but with a new pair of eyes, you decide to look deeper and discover the world that is Furries. Many believe that furries date back to ancient Egyptian times with gods like Horus and Anubis exhibiting their animal characteristics. Yet the most civilized anthros we know and recognize today were established by, believe it or not, children's films such as Robin Hood, The Aristocats, Mickey Mouse, etc. I wonder this is an important part of today's society. Thinking back, you remember very clearly all the books and TV shows you watched and read that featured these walking, talking animals. Still, the people you saw were more mature in their actions and didn't seem like they were into children's books or anything like that. Which makes you wonder about the way they acted, snuggling, hugging, and barking at each other. These people are known as the furry lifestyle. You were quite nervous, but with your new friends and the new information you found, you took the step into the world known as Furry. The ridicule will be vast, names will be insulted and stones will be thrown. But paw in paw and muzzle high, you and your new friends and family will surely leave them screaming.
