Pedophilia: comes from the Greek word; payophilia, which means friendship. But such meaning denies the true horror of their beliefs and actions. A pedophile is a person who dreams of having a relationship with young children. He is a person with a dark, destructive and disturbed mind. Society in general is revolted by these people but is encouraged to view them with understanding. Many health officials describe it as a mental illness for which there is no known cure. This is why they must hide their tendencies from public view. But who in their right mind would turn away their helpless young child and place them in the hands of a horrible, mentally unstable babysitter? Would you leave your child alone? Defenseless and unable to fight them? No, of course not. On the other hand, if you were paid ten thousand dollars or pounds sterling, would you turn a blind eye to this abominable act? Would you be willing to sacrifice the purity of your child to the nauseating things done to him…? How would you be able to live with yourself if you knew that a known pedophile had been watching your child for days, his every move and when and where he goes. For your child to be dragged into the car. Violated. Beaten. Abused in a way that is too crude and hateful even for idle discussion. To be sold to pedophilia gangs who do these hideous things over and over again until the child can no longer suffer. This is what pedophiles do, and unfortunately many have to endure this kind of ordeal on a daily basis. I believe the government should put them in jail for what they have done or plan to do. These types of monsters should be kept away from society. Not moved to where no one has heard of them. They treat children who have undergone special medical treatment as well as psychiatric help. Many of these children, as adults, will still carry the emotional and psychological impact of their experience. These pedophiles also need such help, not just children. We need to uncover the details of their past to find out how this mental illness appeared in the first place. My last statement in conclusion is that the government should put them in prison for what they did, to teach them that it is wrong. The leaders of our country do not cover up for murderers or thieves! Why should pedophiles, who break the laws of humanity to such an extent, be any different??
