At this point, as I type this paper, I weigh two hundred and ninety-five pounds with a body mass index of 29.5 and am, by definition , overweight, so the specific target behavior I'm choosing to change is my weight. Now, I know this may seem broad, but since starting this kinesiology class, I have learned a lot about physical and mental health and how it affects the body. Things like stress can cause mental despair and change our daily habits, harming our health. I feel that at this point in my life, when sport is no longer an option for my future, I see no reason to go. my current weight and I decided to do something about it. I know it's an uphill battle, but after 15 weeks, I plan to be in the best shape of my life, beat the odds of contracting a disease that has struck my family, and help paving the way for a healthier future for myself and myself. those who care about
